Booking & Payment: A $38 booking fee is due when you schedule your pickup. Cancel and it's refunded minus the booking fee. Need to reschedule? Free up to the night before.
Offers: The $19 first-bag price and the $10 referral discount cannot be combined — one offer per order.
What We Accept: Everyday clothing — shirts, pants, undergarments, socks, activewear.
What We Don't Take: Bedding (comforters, sheets, pillows), bulk towels, dry-clean-only items, delicates needing special care, and heavily soiled or hazardous items.
Good to Know: We're not responsible for lost socks or small items, and normal wear and tear can happen during washing. Report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery. Items with pests (including bed bugs) will be refused, and we won't service unsafe items.
